My mission is to transform the way we work so that we know and grow our strengths, become champions of diversity and collaboration, and build a sustainable and thriving future.
Why? I live for the moment when the rubber meets the road, when we are faced with an opportunity to do things differently and we grab it, mixed feelings and all. Organizational life has conditioned us to work within aristocratic and mechanistic worldviews; it’s hard to see any other way of relating and engaging in the workplace. But, there is an immense cost to each of us for preserving this status quo. Buried under oppressive workplace norms, there is infinitely diverse human brilliance. It’s time to unleash it.
I help conscious business and mission-driven organizations design for equity and navigate transformative change. My work is influenced by living systems theory, inclusive and anti-oppressive facilitation, trauma-informed practices, systems thinking, participatory decision-making and power-sharing, and strengths-based strategies.
